Sam was called to the Bar in 2018 and practises from Mitchell Chambers in Adelaide. He is a full member of the South Australian Bar Association, an interstate member of the New South Wales Bar Association, and a member of the Council of the Law Society of South Australia.
He was admitted to legal practice in 2012 and practised primarily in negligence and insurance law prior to coming to the Bar. He now accepts briefs in a broad range of commercial and civil matters, with a particular focus on building and construction, commercial, tort, insurance and personal injury disputes.
In addition to his practice as a barrister, Sam regularly acts as a mediator. He is available for appointment in a wide range of commercial and civil disputes and has experience mediating matters across diverse subject areas. He is prepared to accept appointments in most categories of dispute.
