Mediator
Sam is an experienced, NMAS-accredited mediator with a proven track record in resolving complex commercial and civil disputes. He brings a calm, considered and facilitative approach to mediation, working closely with each party to identify the real issues in dispute, to test assumptions, and to assist parties to understand not only their own position, but the perspective and interests of the other side.
His focus is on creating a structured and respectful process in which parties can move beyond entrenched positions, explore realistic options for resolution, and reach outcomes that are informed, durable and commercially sensible.
Sam is prepared to mediate almost any civil dispute, save for family law matters, and regularly conducts mediations in person and by video conference.
